its a decent for a small netbook. i know it freezes or lags but i cant complain till i upgrade the ram, but so far its great.update 12/30/11i have had this computer for 3 days already. i have stopped the lags/freezing by erasing all the junk on it. but today i upgraded the ram to 2gb (i read this some were on amazon saying you cant upgrade to 2gb with windows starter. but dont belive it i am still on starter.) its alot faster i went from boot time 124 sec to 34 sec's. i do recomment this product to my friends. i actually like this laptop more then my toshiba laptop 15 inch that i bought that cost me 700$. i was going to give this laptop to my son but instead i gave him the toshiba that how much i liked this laptop.

Cannot stand <ppl% so I am not in to supporting anything from them. Android is certainly the way to go for a tablet, but I wanted a real NIC port as I need that for my job. This model is the perfect fit - much lighter than my clumsy work laptop and does the job just a quick and in style. Customers always use it as a talking point. Windows Starter is cute and that is it. Purchase the 2GB ram, and install any 64Bit version of Win7. My performance index jumped .9 just by loading a fresh install of x64 WIN7 PRO. Great purchase at a great price. The display will blow you away compared to a laptop....

Not a very sturdy device - you have to handle with care. We have had to send our's back for service twice now due to issues with the video display.
